    "After my car was totaled in a car accident I didn't think I would find another car that I loved as much as my previous car. After going through the online inventory I about fell in love with this fully loaded 2012 Cooper S convertible, it wasn't until I saw it in person that I knew it was meant to be. Working with Jay made the process easy, as he was very good about following up with me as I was waiting on an insurance check in order to move forward with the purchase process.     "Upon my first visit, Doni was super nice and helpful. She got right to the point since she knew we had visited other dealers. She explicitly asked us, what it is going to take to sell us the Mini of my dreams. However, when I returned to pick up my dream car, I was less than impressed. I did not feel anyone was ready for my arrival even though I notified Doni when I was coming over a week prior. I literally spent 3 HOURS at the dealer waiting for paperwork, license plates, etc. Doni explained they were short staffed, but I did not understand why it took so long. It was ridiculous. I have no doubt Doni is awesome, but time management was definitely lacking on everyone's part that day. I brought my Mini in for service and they took me right away, I had some coffee while I waited, and within an hour everything was taken care of. They even washed and vacuumed my car! Best of all, I didn't have to pay one cent with the warranty.
